As part of the Singapore Customs Officer Advanced Programme (SCOAP), a new key milestone programme developed by Singapore Customs, key speakers from various government and private organisations were invited to speak on topics related to Trade, Supply Chain and Security. Mr Khoo Ngiap Seng, Head of Operations Innovations & Development at YCH Group was invited to speak on innovation and future technologies in the Supply Chain and Logistics Industry.

Khoo spoke about how technology and innovation can evolve in the industry. Specifically, he shared YCH’s innovation journey, including our innovative suite of proprietary solutions, City Supply Chain and The Last Mile Fulfilment. The participants were able to gain a better understanding of Singapore’s operating landscape and understand the challenges ahead in the Supply Chain and Logistics Industry.
