Supply Chain City, YCH’s new corporate headquarters is targeted to open in 2016. On 18 December, the topping up ceremony was officiated by the YCH Group’s, CEO, Bennett Neo, together with Executive Director Catherine Yap; Executive Director Margaret Toh; Director Henry Chua and HPC Builders CEO, Wang Ying De.

In building construction, topping up (sometimes referred to as topping off) is a builders' rite traditionally held when the last beam (or its equivalent) is placed atop a structure during its construction. After topping out, the elements of construction that remain include interior finish and most mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
