On-Job-Training is an integral part of YCH’s strong learning culture. A structured and quality OJT system ensures employees are competent and able to deliver high level of service and reliability to our customers and clients in an ever changing and challenging economy.

In recognition of good On-The-Job (OJT) training system and standards, YCH received the On-The-Job Centre (COJTC) certification from the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) for our chemicals vertical sector.

ITE’s COJTC Scheme was launched in April 1994 to help organisations institutionalise a structured on the job training (OJT) system to train employees with necessary skills, with the goal of developing a quality workforce. A certified organisation such as YCH meets the required standards and is accorded recognition as Certified OJT Centres, carrying the hallmark of good OJT practices.
