YCH hosted key management staff of the Tianjin College of Commerce (TCC) when they visited YCH ChemPark on 3rd August. TCC was the first overseas educational partner when YCH introduced the EduRISE programme, with an MOU signing between both parties taking place back in early 2014. The collaboration led to the development of ‘TCC-YCH Supply Chain Talent Development Program’, which is currently embarking on its sixth batch of students.

The programme has also expanded to incorporate the ‘YCH China Distinguished Educator Development Programme’, which aims to provide a comprehensive overview of workforce demands to educators in the field of logistics and supply chain management.

On 18th October, Executive Chairman of YCH Group Dr Robert Yap also attended TCC’s 60th Anniversary celebrations. Held in conjunction with the China (Tianjin) Cross-Border e-Commerce Forum, the event saw prominent leaders such as Professor Chen Haiquan from Jinan University, B2C Division Deputy General Manager of Alibaba Group Mr Zhou Lan and Professor from Shi Jian Nankai University share about developments of the e-Commerce industry in China and the region.
