YCH Group’s Vietnam SuperPort™ and Vietnam Post Collaborate to Revolutionise the Future of Digital Logistics for SMEs Asia

HANOI, VIETNAM – 17 December 2024 – Vietnam SuperPort™, a flagship project by YCH Group, has formalised a strategic partnership with Vietnam Post Corporation to enhance the export capabilities of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) through advanced digital logistics solutions. The agreement, sealed with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), aims to streamline trade processes, reduce logistics costs, and create seamless pathways for SMEs to access Asian markets.

The signing ceremony was attended by notable figures, including Mr. Nguyen Khac Hieu, Deputy Chairman of the Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Committee; His Excellency Jaya Ratnam, Singapore's Ambassador to Vietnam; Dr. Yap Kwong Weng, CEO of Vietnam SuperPort™; and Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang, Chairman of the Members' Council of Vietnam Post Corporation.

This collaboration seeks to bridge critical logistics gaps faced by SMEs. Vietnam SuperPort™ will serve as a multimodal logistics hub, seamlessly integrating with YSG, YCH Group’s e-commerce solutions platform, to enable efficient management of goods movement. Vietnam Post will complement this by managing EMS express services and overseeing first- and last-mile deliveries, ensuring comprehensive and cost-effective logistics support for SMEs looking to expand regionally.

A key initiative under this partnership is the development of a fully digitised logistics marketplace. This platform will connect bonded warehouses, customers, shipping agents, and financial institutions, leveraging blockchain technology to simplify payment processes and provide embedded financing options. This integration will reduce operational inefficiencies, offering SMEs greater access to liquidity and enhancing their ability to compete in global markets.

The partnership’s initial phase will be piloted in Vinh Phuc Province, focusing on enabling SMEs to export to Singapore. This pilot will lay the groundwork for a broader rollout across Vietnam and other Asian markets.
